J65

Halal Certified Halal Certified

J65 is a spacious hotel buffet restaurant that celebrates Singapore's mix of cultures through a wide spread of local and international dishes. The kitchen puts a strong emphasis on seafood, with a Seafood on Ice counter piled with lobster, prawns, mussels and clams, alongside several lobster preparations done laksa style, in chilli crab sauce, black pepper style or turned into a comforting porridge. Local favourites like Singapore laksa, Hainanese poached chicken and roasted duck round out the spread, while the dessert bar covers chocolate fondue, red velvet cake and green tea cheesecake. J65 also runs rotating themed dinners, including a lobster focused night midweek and a seafood heavy spread on weekends, giving regulars a reason to return. With booth, high table and regular seating, it works well for family meals, celebrations and larger group gatherings, and was recognised with the RAS Epicurean Star Award 2024 for Best Halal Buffet Restaurant.
