Samrang started as a home-based business in 2020, selling bottled sambals, and has since evolved into a culinary destination inspired by the Indonesian province of Semarang.
Their signature Samrang Iga Bakar, featuring slow-cooked beef ribs with a unique Samrang glaze, is a must-try, available with rice or Indomie.
